A mix of offices, homes and retail space with open public areas, on the South Bank of the River Thames. The well-known Shell Centre Tower remains as the centrepiece of the site. The Tower is complemented by eight new buildings, with 530,000 sq ft of office space, along with around 48,000 sq ft retail units, restaurants and cafés, accompanied by almost 900 new homes.
