Adam Bateman

Divisional Director

Adam has over 30 years’ experience in the Lightning Protection industry, having started as an engineer at the age of 16 through to various Manager levels and Directorships. Now as a Director overseeing our Cuttings East Division with experienced managers and Engineers .

Ricky Crimmins

Project Manager

Ricky has over 10 years’ experience within the industry, progressing through various positions to his current role as Project Manager.

Richard Fincham

Estimator

Richard began installing Lightning Protection in 2010, furthering his career with a move to Cuttings in 2019, and is now designing and estimating from our East division.
