West Quay Developments (Poole) gained planning permission in July 2016 to build 291 flats on the site, as well as retail units, car parking, and a quayside walkway all with stunning views of the marina and beyond.
The company recently announced its intention to demolish the derelict existing buildings, which formerly housed City Bay Views Chinese restaurant, Twin Sails Wharf, the Marina club, and offices.
