Park Crescent West was a prestigious Sir John Nash Grade 1 listed building located in Regents Park, substantially bomb damaged in World War 2, now due for a complete rebuild with completion in 2019.
Cuttings have been appointed for the first stage of this fantastic development which includes transforming this building into 76 residences.
Main Contractor is Mace and frame/substructure is by J. Reddington.
